Ibetamac carried out a technical assistance intervention on a 3100 mm, 135 tonne CMU press brake , a machine previously supplied and installed by Ibetamac , at a customer in the Udine area .
The intervention was carried out by a specialized Ibetamac technician , confirming the complete service we offer: from the sale of the machine to after-sales assistance and maintenance.
Intervention performed
The intervention involved the complete overhaul of the hydraulic cylinders of the press brake , with dismantling of the components and replacement of the sealing parts.
The work carried out includes:
- complete disassembly of the press brake pistons
- inspection and testing of hydraulic cylinders
- replacement of all oil seals
- replacement of rubber and sealing gaskets
- cleaning of the sliding seats
- mechanical component inspection
- reassembly and final testing of the machine
