ELECTRONIC BEND CONTROL

The digital electronic system with microprocessor allows set and check the curl angle, facilitating the creation of precise and repeatable parts.

The memory can save up to 60 processing programswith the possibility to set up to 9 sequential bend corners per each program.

This feature is particularly useful when components with multiple curves must be produced or the same part must be repeated over time without having to reset all parameters each time.

POWER AND PRECISION

The 076 is equipped with three-phase self-braking asynchronous motor with two speeds from 3/4 kWa solution that allows combining productivity and control during bending.

The self-braking motor helps to achieve a precise stop at the programmed position, important feature especially in operations where angle repeatability represents a fundamental requirement.

At the end of the cycle a automatic return, making the operator's work faster and more practical.

ROBUST CONSTRUCTION
