Technical description

The IBETAMAC SFB 32-HD it's a hydraulic spindle tube curver with PLC control, designed for precise and repeatable bending of tubes and profiles.

The machine allows working pipes up to Ø 32 x 3 mm, with a maximum bending radius of 250 mm is a maximum angle of 190°.

The bending system uses a direct-drive reducer of special design, paired with a self-braking motor, in order to achieve precise motion control during bending operations.

The hydraulic tube lock ensures stable clamping during the work cycle. The operating hydraulic pressure is adjustable from 50 to 220 bar.

Machine management is performed via 4.7" TFT touchscreen display PLCwhich allows the operator to quickly set and recall the processing parameters.

The control has a memory up to 100 programs , with the possibility to set up to 10 sequential bending steps for each programThis function facilitates the production of repetitive parts and allows maintaining consistent parameters in batch processing.

The SFB 32-HD also features mobile pedal with emergency stop buttondistance measuring device, device for profile square work and support roller

The electrical panel is equipped with safety lock with key and overload protection.

The machine is supplied with 1 set of matrices in the size requested by the customer.
